2025-12-17 10:56

RAI China and its parent company, Dutch RAI Exhibitions Group, continue to promote cross-border collaboration and high-quality industry development. Interclean Shanghai 2025 opened on 22 October at Hall E7 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), presenting a more international, smart and professional platform that strengthens links between China and the global cleaning industry.

At the opening ceremony, remarks were delivered by Ms. Yvette Hu, General Manager of RAI China; Mr. Robert Stelling, Global Events Director of Interclean at Dutch RAI Exhibitions Group; Mr. Liu Jinghao, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Association of Urban Environmental Sanitation; and Mr. Cui Guangming, Party Secretary of the Shanghai Trade Association of City Appearance and Sanitation. The guests then jointly inaugurated the show, extending their best wishes for its success.

The exhibition featured a wide range of products and solutions, including cleaning equipment, robotics and automation systems, sanitation supplies, medical cleaning and infection control, smart property management solutions, and industrial and municipal cleaning equipment. Thousands of professional visitors and buyers from multiple countries and regions attended for on-site exchanges and business discussions.

Building on a continuously optimised exhibitor offering, Interclean Shanghai 2025 is positioning itself as an “international cleaning ecosystem matchmaking platform”. It has introduced a more systematic overseas buyer invitation mechanism and strengthened outreach to markets along the Belt and Road. According to the organiser, buyer registrations from the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Central Asia have significantly exceeded previous years, with cleaning equipment, consumables, property cleaning solutions and infection control products among the key areas of interest.

To better facilitate on-site matchmaking between buyers and suppliers, the exhibition featured multiple dedicated activity zones, including:

  • The Interclean China Elite Award Ceremony:recognising the year’s standout innovations, service practices and industry role models.
  • Cleaning Industry Conference by the China Associationof Urban Environmental Sanitation:focusing on policy, standards, market trends and emerging applications.
  • Near 20 concurrent events, such as the HCF Medical Cleaning Forum, the Symposium on Cleaning and Infection Control in Chinese Wellness Institutions, and the Expert Insights global speaker series—bringing together expertise from across the industry worldwide.

One of the show’s highlights, the “International Hub”, enabled face-to-face engagement with industry experts, association representatives and channel partners from regions including Europe and Africa. It supported Chinese brands in expanding overseas while providing a more direct link between international buyers and Chinese manufacturers.
