As a globally leading exhibition organiser, RAI China and its parent company, Dutch RAI Exhibitions Group, remain committed to advancing cross-border collaboration and high-quality industry development. Recently, a delegation from the China Property Management Institute visited the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre for an exchange programme, with in-depth discussions focused on sustainable development in the cleaning and property management sectors, exhibition collaboration, and future cooperation opportunities.

The delegation was led by Liu Yinkun, Secretary-General of the China Property Management Institute and President of China Property Management Magazine, and comprised 15 participants, including vice presidents, honorary vice presidents and representatives from member organisations.

During the visit, Mr. Robert Stelling, Global Events Director of Interclean at Dutch RAI Exhibitions Group, and Ms. Daniëlle Inostroza, Global Exhibition Manager for Interclean, introduced their exhibition philosophy and experience, including their work in China, and expressed interest in exploring cooperation with the China Property Management Institute.
Liu Yinkun briefed the hosts on the Institute and the 2026 China International Property Management Industry Expo to be held in Shanghai, inviting Dutch RAI Exhibitions Group to participate. Mr Stelling, in turn, invited the Institute’s leadership and member organisations to visit Interclean Shanghai on 22 October 2025 to explore opportunities for integrated development between cleaning and property services, deepen cross-sector coordination, and strengthen the linkage between cleaning technologies and property management scenarios.
Both sides also exchanged views on cleaning industry trends, exhibition cooperation and mutual study visits. The delegation toured the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, established in 1893, which features 11 multi-purpose halls and hosts more than 50 major international conferences, 70 professional exhibitions and thousands of small and medium-sized events each year. During the tour, the delegation also gained key insights into RAI's practices in green exhibition operations, including a 100% exhibition material recycling system and other sustainability initiatives, offering valuable references for the low-carbon transition of the cleaning industry.

Looking ahead, RAI China and Dutch RAI Exhibitions Group will continue to deepen cooperation with China’s cleaning and property management industries, further strengthening the Interclean brand’s influence in China and globally. The exchange has created a practical bridge for China–Netherlands cooperation across cleaning technology, the exhibition economy and property services, opening new avenues for future synergy.
