Important Reminders
- To ensure professionalism and safety, individuals under the age of 21, including infants,are not permitted to enter the exhibition halls during move-in, exhibition, or move-out periods.
- Exhibitors must remove all exhibits, decorative materials, and personal belongingswithin the designated move-out period. Any items left behind will be treated as waste and disposal fees will apply. All waste generated during move-in, exhibition, and dismantling must be disposed of in designated areas (please consult on-site staff; failure to comply may result in fines.
- Exhibitor badges maybe collected at the entrance reception desk upon presentation of a passport. Badge collection hours are Sep 1, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Sep 2, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Booth wall panels must be thoroughlycleaned during move-out. Adhesive residue, marks, drill holes, or any form of damage are strictly prohibited and will incur penalties. Fines will be imposed for violations. Exhibitors are advised to take timestamped photographs after cleaning as evidence.

Personal Essentials
- Original Passport:Must be valid for more than six months beyond the duration of stay and contain at least 2 blank visa pages. The passport must be carried at all times and should not be placed in checked luggage.
- Visa / EVUS Enrollment:Chinese passport holders entering Mexico with a valid 10-year U.S. B1, B2, or B1/B2 visa are required to complete EVUS enrolment. The English version of the EVUS confirmation page must be printed and presented. Boarding and entry will be denied without this document.

- Entry & Exit Regulations
- Currency Limits:When departing China, individuals may carry no more than USD 5,000 or RMB 20,000 in cash. Upon entry into Mexico, cash exceeding USD 10,000 (or equivalent in other currencies or monetary instruments) must be declared; failure to do so may result in fines, confiscation, or imprisonment.
- Prohibited Items:Products of animal origin (e.g., cheese, sausages, meat paste), fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts in shells, marijuana, opium or related derivatives, weapons, and ammunition are prohibited. Exhibits must be accompanied by proof of value (e.g., invoice, receipt) to avoid customs duties.
- On-site Venue Regulations
- Move-in / Move-out:During move-in and move-out, glue or adhesive tape may not be used for posters; hook-and-loop fasteners or hooks must be used instead. All exhibits and waste must be removed during move-out. Damage to venue facilities will incur substantial compensation charges.
- Photography Rules:Photography of other booths is prohibited without permission. Tripods or equipment obstructing aisles are not allowed. Sketching or technical drawing of machinery is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property:Exhibiting or selling infringing products is prohibited. Any infringement disputes must be resolved through legal channels independently; venue management will not intervene.
- Additional Reminders
- Flights:For international flights, check-in is recommended at least 3 hours prior to departure. Carry-on liquids are limited to containers of 100ml or less (larger quantities must be checked). Carry valuables and fragile items with you.
- Voltage & Internet:The standard voltage in Mexico is 127V; a power adapter is required. Purchasing a mobile data package in advance is recommended. The country code is +52.
- Currency:The local currency is the Mexican Peso ( 1 USD ≈ 18.5 MXN).
